Visitation Rules 10-30-20

Dear Esteemed Residents, Family Members, and Staff,

 

At Hudsonview we continue to put the health and safety of our residents and staff first. As COVID-19 cases continue to rise in NJ and around the world, we want to ensure that we are doing everything possible to prevent the spread of the virus to our vulnerable population.

 

We have implemented additional measures and now require all visitors to wear full personal protective equipment (PPE) while in the building.

 

We are limiting the amount of visits per day to no more than 15.

Visitors must be 18yrs of age or older.

Scheduled visits cannot be shared, each visit is for one individual.

Visits are Monday through Friday with weekends being scheduled only by exception.

 

While currently we do not require testing, we highly encourage you to get tested for COVID-19 within 5 days prior to your planned permitted visit.

 

Please make sure to join our weekly conference calls where we discuss the most updated information and guidance available with a live Q&A session. The calls are scheduled on Wednesdays 1pm in Spanish / 2pm in English. The call in number is 425-436-6380, once prompted enter the code 776905.

 

The best way to avoid spread of COVID-19 is if you feel “not like yourself” or feel under the weather please refrain from coming to the facility.

To schedule a permitted visit please email visit@hudsonviewrehab.com to set up a date and time. Upon your arrival, you will be screened, have your temperature taken, and asked to utilize hand sanitizer prior to your visit. Our Face- Time calls and window visits will remain available, please email call@hudsonviewrehab.com to schedule.
